Testing : For essential workers:  Testing is by appointment only. This is not a drive-thru location. Please identify yourself as an essential worker when scheduling your appointment. Appointments can be scheduled online ( https://lhi.care/covidtesting  ) or by calling 1-888-634-1123 if you do not have internet access. Multilingual staff are available to assist with both appointment scheduling and testing.
